C.E.L has been awarded the contract to replace the nave roof and carry out much-needed structural repairs to the 14th Century St Mary and Holy Rood Church at Donington, Lincolnshire.
The project has been given approval and grant status by English Heritage and C.E.L will be working under the auspices of Boston architects Anderson & Glenn and with structural engineers, the Morton Partnership.
"The roof replacement and the vital structural repairs will, when completed, provide a much improved environment for the dedicated congregation," said C.E.L Managing Director, Carl Edwards.
"It also demonstrates our company's commitment to its principal restoration and roofing contracting teams."
