Forty tons of environmentally friendly and visually attractive zinc was applied to the facade of this striking quayside development as C.E.L followed the vision and brief of the architects.

Some 40 tons of zinc sheet were applied to the facade of this strikingly modern new residential development.
Zinc was considered to be the most environmentally friendly and visually attractive product to enhance the appearance of this quayside development. Zinc detailing was key to the visual success of the project, with some zinc sheets to the stair turrets being tapered on all sides to give the visual impression required by the architect. Other areas of zinc were used to confirm the angular design of the building projections.
