Vine Inter Church School, Cambourne

The zinc works on the roof of this new build school near Cambridge were completed in three phases over three years. Some 5,000m2 of preweathered zinc, incorporating the Rheinzink standing seam system, were used.

Because preweathered zinc was used, the phasing of the works was not a visual problem and the completed building is now a template for other roofing systems in the Cambridgeshire educational district.
